Hey, I’m Calvin! I’m a Certified Career Coach and for over a decade, I’ve been helping people just like you build amazing careers!

No, no, I’m not one of those super-depressed, already-balding HR people, like Toby from The Office.

I’m a regular, small-town dude from Canada. I had my first job in building and fixing computers at our local computer shop when I was a teenager and all my friends were always asking how I managed such a sweet gig. From then on, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people build a fulfilling and engaging career.

Sound a little fluffy? Sure, but let me tell you why I love nerdin’ out on helping people pursue their dreams!

I reached my breaking point shortly after University when I entered the workforce to one of the WORST job markets in decades. After waiting for over 2 hours to get into a job fair in Toronto, I left fed up, looking for answers.

Nonetheless, I was determined NOT TO BE another employment statistic and called upon my experience, resourcefulness, and drive to figure out how I could achieve my dreams in this new-age workforce.

Furthermore, it hurt me to see my classmates getting sucked into a career they weren’t feeling and watching their happiness diminish while they struggled to advance in a job they visibly weren’t passionate about.

I consumed anything I could get my hands on that was remotely helpful; I learned, tested, & improved. And I finally made progress on a formula that worked for me, that I’ve been able to leverage to make a positive change in my clients’ careers!

We both know that you’re insanely capable – so, let me believe in you, for you…for now!
